Marc Jacobs says it best, "I always find beauty in things that are odd & imperfect- they are much more interesting." That's my story in one short quote. I love to find and restore treasures to their original beauty. Whether that be rehabbing furniture, renovating houses, redecorating or fashion, I love dabbling in a little of everything!
I have a wonderful husband, Drew, who puts up with my crazy crafts and for that I am thankful! We have 3 fur children, Bear (pom-weenie), Pete (yorkiepoo), and Drake (boykin spaniel)... Our perfectly imperfect family! Drew and I both work full time, so our project(s) seem like they take forever... That's an upfront apology/excuse for the long gaps between posts. :)
I am a Christian and attribute any talents or abilities I have to Christ, my father. I am so thankful and blessed for what He has given to me, and I would be unfair to take credit for anything. My life verse is Psalms 91:4, "He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler." In the world we live in, this is a great verse to seek comfort.
